Cynthia Scott has more than two decades of industry knowledge and experience in transit safety, operations, and training. She is a Certified Safety Manager with the World Safety Organization (WSO-CSM) and holds a Transportation Safety Institute Transit Safety and Security Certification for both bus and rail. Cynthia leads the URTS team and drives all deliverables for the company’s contracts with transit clients nationwide for training, safety certification, quality assurance, and its entire suite of services. Her experience spans all modes of transit, including paratransit, bus, and rail – all of which she has worked in to generate safety plans, conceptualize operational procedures, and drive compliance training for new and existing systems.
